Terms of Service
By using the PoshPop Google Chrome Extension, you automatically agree to all of these terms.
Please read carefully.
PoshPop is individually owned and operated, and is not in any way affiliated with Poshmark or other third parties. It is your sole responsibility to comply with Poshmark terms of service and community guidelines. By using PoshPop, you agree you are doing so at your own risk. PoshPop is not responsible for your actions on Poshmark while using the extension or otherwise, or any consequences thereof, including but not limited to temporary freezes of Poshmark functionality or a permanent ban of your Poshmark account. By using PoshPop, you agree not to spam or harass others. PoshPop does not guarantee an increase in Poshmark sales by using the extension. PoshPop’s developers do their best to fix any reported errors, but there is no guarantee of error-free operation. All users are entitled to a 7 day free trial of our standard subscription. After the subscription is up, if you wish to continue, you must subscribe through PoshPop and pay a monthly fee. If you decide to change your plan after paying to an upgraded plan (one that costs more money), you will be charged the price difference between the more expensive plan and the plan you subscribed to, on your next billing cycle as well as the price for the month of the plan you are on. PoshPop does not offer any guarantees or refunds of any kind. The developer reserves the right to individually decide if someone will get a refund for any reason or deny a refund for any reason. By purchasing PoshPop, you understand and agree to these terms as well as agree to being charged monthly. You can edit and cancel your payment information through the profile and subscriptions tab within the PoshPop extension. If you have any issues, please email us at poshpophelp@gmail.com. PoshPop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the whole or any part of our or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability. Nothing is guaranteed. It is your sole responsibility to check whether these terms have been changed.
