By using PoshPop, you agree not to spam or harass others. PoshPop does not guarantee an increase in Poshmark sales by using the extension. PoshPop’s developers do their best to fix any reported errors, but there is no guarantee of error-free operation. All users are entitled to a 7-day free trial of our standard subscription. After the subscription is up, if you wish to continue, you must subscribe through PoshPop and pay a monthly fee. If you decide to change your plan after paying to an upgraded plan (one that costs more money), you will be charged the price difference between the more expensive plan and the plan you subscribed to, on your next billing cycle as well as the price for the month of the plan you are on. PoshPop does not offer any guarantees or refunds of any kind. The developer reserves the right to individually decide if someone will get a refund for any reason or deny a refund for any reason. By purchasing PoshPop, you understand and agree to these terms, as well as agree to being charged monthly. You can edit and cancel your payment information through the profile and subscriptions tab within the PoshPop extension.

Fair Use Policy – Captcha Solver

The captcha-solving functionality provided through our extension is offered under the principles of fair use. While marketed as an “unlimited captcha solver,” this designation applies to ordinary, good-faith usage that aligns with the expected behavior and limitations of the third-party website on which the extension operates. Users interacting with the website in a standard, normal manner will typically never encounter any usage restrictions or solver limitations. To ensure the stability, legality, and continued availability of our service, we reserve the right to implement internal mechanisms that prevent excessive, abusive, or automated use of the captcha-solving system. This includes, but is not limited to, temporary usage cooldowns, rate-limiting, or suspension of solver access in cases where a user’s activity significantly exceeds what is considered typical or reasonable for a human user engaging with the supported website. We do not publicly disclose specific numerical thresholds related to solver usage. However, behavior that triggers account-level restrictions or penalties on a third-party website – such as placement in automated detection systems or “jail” states – is considered excessive and outside the bounds of fair use.
